This challenge will feature round 2 of the 8 week MA Warrior Challenge using the 8 week lifestyle guide! The purpose of this 8 week guide is to help educate you to instill the principles of healthy living. It will still include workouts, however the meal planning portion will focus on calculating your macro’s so you can eat to match whatever your goal might be (lose weight, maintain, or gain weight).
