Hello I’d like to tell you all a little about my weight-loss journey. It has been a Rollercoaster ride for quite a few years. I’ve always been a very hefty woman never weighing less than 160lbs. I’ve tried every gimmick and diet in the book. I would join weight-loss challenges and lose the weight, but once the challenge was over I’d gain it right back. My only goal was to win. I wasn’t learning how to live a healthier lifestyle, at that moment it was all about winning.

The summer of 2015 I started to spiral out of control with my weight. I was always eating out sometimes two to three times a day. I was extremely unhappy with myself which in turn made me angry at everyone around me. I knew I had to do something about it. One day I was scrolling through Instagram when I came across Massey Arias page. I had seen she was starting a weight-loss challenge in October. I tried talking myself out of it by saying it was to expensive, it’s not going to work, etc. At that point a friend of mine encouraged me to go for it. I must say it was the best decision I’ve made. Not only was I one of the winners, I gained a lot of knowledge about living a healthier lifestyle. Since October I’ve participated in every challenge and I’ll continue to do so. I can honestly say I’m mentally and physically stronger, I’m extremely confident in myself, and I love living the healthier lifestyle.

I became a MA warrior because I was tired of failing with my weight-loss. I’ve struggled over the years and I knew I needed to find a better way. This program is designed to help you reach whatever goal you’re trying to achieve¬† whether it’s weight-loss, weight gain, muscle gain, toning etc. Most people are intimidated by the gym, but with this program you can workout from home. The workouts and meals are amazing. I guarantee if you give it a try and put in the effort you will conquer every goal you set for yourself. Just remember weight-loss doesn’t happen overnight. Stay focused on yourself and don’t worry about anyone else’s journey. Set a goal, put in the work, and kick ass. This program is the most successful program I’ve ever tried and I’m very happy that I decided to give it a chance.
