The MA30DAY is a program that focuses on creating a healthy relationship between nutrition and movement. This current program focuses on building and maintaining lean muscle mass while decreasing body fat to achieve not only your aesthetics goals, but a healthy body and mind.

In the program you’ll receive 4 weeks of nutrition with their respective recipes to help you cook and eat delicious food while working towards your goals. It also contains 4 weeks of routines   with video tutorials that only require free weights. This can be done at home and or at the gym. There are two versions of the program to cater to vegan and carnivore eaters.

The Coconut Guide

Based on popular demand, the Coconut Guide is a 4 week long workout E-book that’s designed to specifically help tone, shape, strengthen, and build your legs and backside! Each week has 5 unique workout days (Mon-Fri) with 3 days designated resistance training using bands and your bodyweight with 2 days of cardiovascular training along with stretching and foam rolling! Each workout should take you roughly about 30 minutes to complete and mostly can be done in the comfort of your own home, no gym required! Combine this program with a sound nutrition program (not included) for the fastest and ultimate results!
