This 8 week guide is much different than my traditional MA 30 day challenges as this guide is intended to help further educate you on healthy living habits as well as learn to calculate your own macro’s so you can create your own meal plans if your goal is to lose weight OR to gain weight! The only major difference between this program guide and the new program is you will be doing it on your own as there is no email or snapchat support. Once you purchase, you’ll have access to the warrior community, and can be added to our special Facebook group so you can connect with many others in the Massy Arias Warrior community. Everyone is very helpful in encouraging one another!
WHO CAN DO THIS PROGRAM:
- all fitness levels.
- At home and at gym friendly
- Modifications, regressions, and progressions available.
At home equipment:
- Resistance bands
- Any equipment that adds resistance.
Meal plan will not have specific recipes or a menu layout but more so educational information so you can learn to calculate your own macro’s and begin creating your own healthy meal plans.
