This document contains the eating plan and schedule of the vegan option of the #ma30day challenge and program for this winter. Attached are four weeks of nutrition broken down into small meals. It’s broken down into an AM and PM version to help you understand how to space out your meals based on what time you work out. It also contains recipes and a foods allowed list that can give you different choices of foods you can swap out in case you don’t eat a particular item on the menu. This document doesn’t come with the workouts of the #ma30day.
You’ll be reading on some meal prep tips and following an eating plan that will help you with your overall health, physical appearance, and support muscle tone.
