Esta rutina se enfoca en superconjuntos simples pero super efectivos para fortalecer tus piernas. Como resultado  crecer tus glúteos, tonificar los músculos de tus piernas. Realiza esta rutina dos veces por semana.

Superconjunto: un ejercicio hecho después de otro con poco o sin ningún descanso entre ejercicios. Realizaras cada super conjunto 3 veces por 12 repeticiones por pierna o por movimiento.
